This image shows our Concord, NC facility, indicated by the yellow highlight. The intersection you see to the right is Odell School Road (running North/South) & Davidson Hwy (Highway 73).

Reception Area

Clients and patients are greeted by friendly staff both on the phone and in person. Appointments and boarding reservations are scheduled throughout the week and on weekends – boarding fills up fast around the holidays and summer months so call ahead!

Exam Rooms (click pic for enlarged view)

The exam rooms provide a comfortable setting for the patient’s visit. Three rooms provide sizable counters for examinations, while one extra large room is available for clients with larger breeds and multiple numbers of pets.

Treatment Area

After the doctor or assistant has had a chance to evaluate an animal they may bring it out to the treatment area for further diagnostics or procedures. This area is large enough to have several people work in at one time and is equipped with an anethesia machine, monitors, and other tools to provide a proper evaluation or to work in an emergency situation.

The surgery room is used during the week for routine procedures but is not limited to spay and neuters. Our practice also performs emergency surgeries as they arise and our patients are given the best care with the latest technology available to us.

The surgery recovery room allows patients to rest comfortably and quietly after surgery.
This area is designed to give immediate access to the doctors and vet techs for monitoring patients continuously throughout the day.

X Ray Rooms

The x-ray room provides a secluded area for radiation security. Our new Digital X-ray equipment allows us to provide you with enhanced imaging capabilities.

Equine (Horse) Area

This area is large enough to bring in several horses at one time for an examination and is equipped with a set of stocks to help contain a horse for longer or more delicate procedures. An adjacent area houses four stalls if the need should arise for a horse to stay for an extended period of time.

Bathing Area

Bathing services are offered for all size animals. We use Ph balanced shampoos - medicated shampoos are used on request.

Canine (Dog) Boarding Area

We offer runs for our canine boarders that range in size from S to XL and also offer boarding in cages for our smaller breeds if the owner prefers. Each dog is walked 3 times a day and receives special care during his stay. See Exercise Photo

Dental Area

The dental area is located in the small animal treatment area and allows easy maneuverability for teeth cleanings & other procedures. We use ultrasonic scalers and fluoride polish similar to what is used at a human dentist.

Feline (Cat) Boarding Area

For our feline friends we offer “cat condos” located in a separate part of the facility that provide for a quiet environment.
