QUESTION: What happens if I have a pet emergency during your regular hours?

Answer: Call our office at 704-795-9005 if possible to make us aware of what to expect so we can be ready and then make your way to our hospital.

QUESTION: What happens if I have a pet emergency when you’re closed?
Answer: We refer our after-hours emergencies to:

QUESTION: What type of prescription pet diets do you provide?
Answer: We carry the full line of Purina veterinary diets as well as a select few limited ingredient diets from Royal Canin

QUESTION: What type of pet heartworm prevention do you carry?
Answer: We carry both Heartgard and Interceptor

QUESTION: Do you provide pet boarding services?
Answer: Yes, we do provide boarding for both dogs and cats. To find out cost and make reservations please call our office. We fill up quickly so reserve ASAP.

Answer: MON, TUE, WED, THUR 7:30-6:00pm — WED 7:30-5:30pm — SAT 7:30-12:00pm

QUESTION: What types of pet surgery do you perform?
Answer: We perform all routine surgeries such as spays, neuters, and dentals. We also perform orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries. For more information please call our office.

QUESTION: When do you schedule pet surgeries?
Answer: We schedule pet surgery primarily Monday-Thursday. We will also schedule a limited number on Fridays.

QUESTION: What age do you recommend a first puppy/kitten visit and what can I expect to be done?
Answer: We normally see puppies/kittens between 7-8 weeks of age. We will perform a complete physical exam, check for intestinal worms, give the first set of vaccinations and deworm. We also recommend kittens be tested for feline leukemia and FIV at this time.

QUESTION: My pet has been vomiting – what should I do?
Answer: In this case the best advice is to call our hospital and speak to one of our staff members. There are many reasons your pet may be vomiting and we are trained to ask questions to help us determine the best course of action.
